The process of switching to Lodge Vision from start to finish was great! Installation and the TV (100ea) setup was fast and efficient. I have had to change a few channels to accommodate resident wishes, done in minutes vs hrs, days, weeks. Fantastic company with great customer service. We are close to wrapping up another install with our partner LodgeVision & DISH Network in central Illinois this week. We have older TVs in this facility, and the LV team was able to work well with our older technology. We highly recommend LV & DISH for any facility that has need for television and/or streaming services.

Recently our church updated to install a new security entry system and the process was easy and the technician was well equipped to handle the task.

I had a rough time previously with my original provider but the support and expertise of the staff of lodgevision turned everything around for me.

Every person that I dealt with at "lodgevision" was exceptional especially Ty and Bo. Everyone is knowledgeable and seem to go above and beyond.
I was taken aback when our clerk said that someone told her we didn't pay our invoice. Once I checked into it I found out that Star Connection had changed their name. My emails made no mention to Star Connection so I/we had no idea who LodgeVision was. We have it straight now so there should no longer be a problem.

After getting discouraged with the first 2 companies who came out just to tell us that our cable infrastructure wouldn't support HD delivery without the added cost of expensive converter boxes, they worked their magic and now I have excellent HD service throughout our facility for $1,000's less than the others were asking for. I have been totally impressed with lodgeVision. The installation of their system came with minimal disruptions. Their follow up has been phenomenal. We have seen increased satisfaction with our customers by switching over to lodgeVision.

We are operating a small 11 unit inn all the way at the tip of Door County Peninsula, when it comes to TV and internet we don't have a lot of options. We found lodgeVision online after several weeks of research. Bo was really easy to work with he got us a quote right away and we were able to schedule the installation when we needed to. Original install went really smooth, tech was very knowledgeable. We had a signal strength issue a few days back (about 2 months after the original installation trees started to fill in with leaves) that was affecting 9 of our 11 units. They were really responsive when we reached out to them, and scheduled service within the same week and relocated the dish to get better signal. Overall pleasure to do business with. I would recommend lodgeVision to anyone who needs service to their establishment.
